Client Referrals
Anyone who refers a Company that becomes a Client of Xtreme or a new Contact at a Company that Xtreme is already doing business with is eligible for a referral fee commensurate with the total amount of business resulting from the lead.
Candidate Referrals
Anyone who refers a qualified external Candidate who is placed in a Contract, Contract-to-Hire, or Direct-Hire position by Xtreme is eligible for a referral fee commensurate with the total amount of business resulting from the placement.
