When it comes to staffing, Xtreme's philosophy is plain and simple, Quality Not Quantity. This is not a ground breaking idea, but it is somewhat atypical in the staffing world. Many staffing firms "sling" as much "garbage" as possible at the proverbial wall hoping something will stick, but Xtreme begs to differ.

Xtreme prides itself on providing the highest level of service to all of its clients. In order to do so, it strives to understand its clients' business needs as well as the specific needs of its recruiting counterparts and hiring managers. It then launches targeted search campaigns to mine out the talent that best fit the given requirements. Once it has identified potentially viable candidates, the candidates are qualified via the Xtreme Staffing System and only the best one or two are submitted for client review. Adherence to this system greatly reduces the amount of time wasted by all parties involved and ultimately yields a high level of customer satisfaction.
